    Crisp uncirculated blank Mercer Colony certificate. Stock certificate for Charles Fenton Mercer to settle families along the Trinity River. Nice early Texas empresario contract. The Indian and buffalo vignette is especially noteworthy. There is minimal foxing. This is just about MINT and would be very difficult to upgrade. Measures 10 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches. Nice, nice piece.
