This item is an Omega J8006HDS Ultimate Masticating Juicer and Nutrition System Silver.  This item is a customer return that is in very good condition except for some minor shipping damage.  This item has a small crack  and impact mark on the lower portion of the motor housing that is shown in the photos.  This damage does not seem to impact the performance of this machine at all, but if you have an issue with this item I do offer free returns.
