It is formulated with all the required minerals and vitamins for your baby to grow strong and healthy, such as iron, Vitamin A, C, and D. Vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption and bone growth. After the 6th month, it is recommended to advance to Loulouka Follow-on Formula Stage 2.

Instructions
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation for all powdered formulas (also consistent with US FDA guidelines):
Wash your hands, thoroughly clean the bottle, ring and teat by sterilising them in boiling water for 3~5 minutes before use.
Boil freshly run water and leave to cool to approximately 40~50C°.
Fill the provided measuring spoon with a scoop of powder and press it flat by using the back of a knife. Add the correct amount of milk powder into the bottle. Close the bottle and shake well.
Add the remaining water and shake it again until all the powder is dissolved. Let it cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C). Always test the temperature of the milk before feeding.
NOTE: Although many users reported no negative consequences in using distilled water without boiling it, we do not recommend this approach, as per US FDA guidelines.
MIXING AND FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS (Loulouka 1)
Please Note:
Once the inner foil bag containing your formula has been opened, use it within 2-3 weeks. Do not store in areas with high humidity or heat.
Please consume the formula within one hour of its preparation. Any unused prepare formula should be discarded within one hour.
Please do not microwave bottles or formula.

Once we receive your product, we will ship a replacement to you immediately (provided it is in stock). If the product is not readily in stock, we will refund your payment, and the credit will appear on your statement within 72 hours.
Incorrect products:
We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please email us immediately with your order number and attach a photo of the item you did receive so that we may help identify the mistake. We will send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup. If we have the correct item in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the correct item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return policy:
If you need to return the products you ordered, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your product is damaged, please include a photo of the damage so we can verify. Then, a return shipping label will be sent to you, and a carrier pick up will be scheduled.

Cancellation policy:
