    Description

    Helac L20-15-E-FT-180-S1-C-H Hydraulic rotary actuator that I removed from a Vacuum Truck.
    It worked but leaked oil. I installed a new actuator ( 9 week delivery time from Helac 00.00 ) back onto the truck.
    I purchased a rebuild kit from Helac ( Bearings & Thrust Washers & Seals ). I disassembled the actuator, inspected the shafts & gears and rebuilt the assembly with new parts.
    I then hooked it up to a portable hydraulic pump and tested. Worked good with no leaks !
