    ITEM DESCRIPTION -
    1926 dated Chamberlain Amusement Enterprises, Inc. Preferred Stock Certificate No. 1862 issued for 13 13/20 Shares. Indication on the back is that it was surrendered in 1938 in exchange and attached is a deposit receipt from the Union National Bank of Mount Carmel, PA signed by Chem Schneider, President, Preferred Stockholders Protective Association of Chamberlain Amusement Enterprises.
    Certificate has the normal fold lines with light wear and some rusty spots. Scanner does cut off the edges, however it is complete with full borders.
    So there is no misunderstanding, this is a collectible only and does not entitle you to any ownership in the company.
