What forms of payment do you accept?
There is a full list of payment options made available by eBay listed at checkout, including the rare occasion of local pickup. Items must be paid for before delivery will be made. If there is a case where immediate payment is not required, please make it as soon as possible or CONTACT US if you know that there is going to be a delay. We do not like opening unpaid item cases as it's not fun for either party.
When do you ship my item?
Our listings have a 1 day handling time. You should expect to see tracking on the 2nd business day, which excludes Saturday and Sunday.
Why am I not seeing tracking on my package yet?
Our local postal worker does not scan the packages when they are placed on the truck. Tracking should be indicated when it reaches the sorting facility.
Do you test items before sale?
Almost all items are tested. There may be limitations in the testing due to missing accesories. If an item has not been tested it will be marked as such in the description and will be an AS-IS sale with no returns.
Why don't you list Non-Smoking/Pet Free environment?
In almost all cases we are not selling items that are owned by us, so we have no legitimate knowledge of the former owners household environment or lifestyle. If you have concerns regarding items please message us before purchasing.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please CONTACT US first to see how things can be worked out before opening a return or case. We may be able to help you out with an simple issue, fix, or replacement. Due to the automated return and the lack of flexibility it provides we are no longer allowing remorse returns so please understand what you are buying before purchase.

Can you we make special arrangements for gift orders?
Absolutely. We can add a printed note if needed, including uploaded images. We do not include invoices. However, we do not encourage drop-shipping (third party sales) as we can not have direct communication with the actual customer.
