    and secretary-treasurer. Certificate is about 8.5” x 11”. Black print with green overprint. Eagle vignette.
    Automatic Guns, Incorporated was founded by William Ray Baldwin in 1929 to manufacture rapid-fire 0.30 caliber automatic machine guns. Baldwin’s “kickless” machine gun was patented with several of his innovations. Baldwin was a resident of Elk Mills, Maryland (Cecil County). (see attached copy of a 1938 newspaper article about Baldwin’s gun)
