This listing is for a very nice and large round antique gilt brass and beveled glass panel dresser box or jewelry casket. The box measures 6 1/8 inches or 15.5 cm high and is 7 1/4 inches in the diameter at the top rim. The brass body has open work designs with scrolling lines and there are full partially nude figures mounted around the body between the glass panels. The glass panels are a dark amber or brown color. The box has a 4 cabriole legs with animal paw feet. The cover is hinged at the back with a scrolling handle at the front. There 6 oval glass panels on the sides of the box and a circular beveled glass panel mounted on the cover. There is a golden yellow velvet lining the interior bottom of the box. It is in excellent condition there is no damage of any kind to the glass or brass frame.
